4.2 Access Periods
We offer flexible access periods (e.g., 7-day, 30-day, 90-day). Access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires automatically at the end of the selected period. To maintain access, you must purchase a new period before the current one expires. Access periods are non-transferable.
4.3 Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Fees are quoted in US dollars; applicable taxes may apply.
- Security: We do not store your credit card details; Stripe handles all sensitive payment data.
- Billing: You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current.
4.4 Delivery & Technical Requirements
We strive for immediate access upon payment. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and internet connection meet our technical requirements.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Pass Guarantee
We offer a Pass Guarantee program subject to specific eligibility requirements and claim procedures. Details can be found at https://nursester.com/refund-policy/. This guarantee is separate from these Terms and is the only exception to our general refund policy.
5.2 Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Except as explicitly provided under the Pass Guarantee, we do not offer refunds for purchased access periods. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused portions of an access period.
- Dissatisfaction with content.
- Technical issues on the user’s end.
- Change of mind or early completion of courses.
5.3 Auto-Expiration
Your access terminates automatically at the end of the purchased period without notice from us. You must track your own expiration date. To regain access, you must purchase a new subscription.

Total Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nursester during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Systematic retrieval of data to create databases or directories is prohibited.
7.3 Trademarks
The Nursester name, logo, and related slogans are trademarks of Skyian LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.4 User Content
By submitting content or feedback to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our business operations.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

8.4 Severability
