The Short Version
Nursester is your personal study tool: one account per person, keep your login to yourself, and use the content for your own non-commercial learning. Don’t scrape, resell, or share it — that’s the deal.
Premium access comes as one-time payments for fixed access periods (7, 30, or 90 days), processed securely by Gumroad — we never see your card details. Sales are final, and your access simply expires at the end of the period you picked, so pick the window that fits your study plan.

Welcome to Nursester (the “Website”), operated by Skyian LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nursester and its associated services, including but not limited to educational content, practice tests, video content, and AI support assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Nursester is a private educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, regulatory body, or official certification organization. While we strive for accuracy, our services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes, exam results, or professional certification. You are responsible for verifying local requirements for licensure in your jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Agreement

2.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide:
- Legal first and last name.
- A valid email address.
- A secure password.
You must maintain the accuracy of this information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete data.
2.2 Age and Capacity
By using Nursester, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.4 Single User Policy
Each registration is for one (1) individual user only.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- You may not create more than one account without explicit permission.
- You may not transfer your account to another person or entity.
2.5 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse registration, terminate accounts, remove content, or limit access to anyone violating these Terms.
Limited Use License
What you may do with Nursester — and what you may not.
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
- Access and view the Website.
- Use educational content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Access premium content only during your valid subscription period.
3.2 Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or sell any information or software obtained from Nursester.
- Use the content for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling access, creating competing materials).
- Use bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to index or harvest data from the Website.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
3.3 Termination of License
We may terminate this license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Website ceases, and you must destroy any downloaded materials. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to violation.
Payments, Billing & Refunds
Premium services, one-time payments via Gumroad, and our refund rules.
4.1 Service Description
Nursester offers premium educational content, including text materials, practice tests, video content, and AI support. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change content to ensure quality and relevance.
4.2 Access Periods
We offer flexible access periods. Access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires automatically at the end of the selected period. To maintain access, you must purchase a new period before the current one expires. Access periods are non-transferable.
4.3 Payment Terms (Processed by Gumroad)
All payments are one-time payments processed securely through Gumroad, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Fees are quoted in US dollars; applicable taxes may apply. Your use of Gumroad’s payment services is also subject to Gumroad’s Terms of Service, available at gumroad.com/terms.
- Security: We do not see or store your credit card details — Gumroad handles all sensitive payment data.
- Billing: You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current.
- Chargebacks: Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled according to Gumroad’s policies.
4.4 Delivery & Technical Requirements
We strive for immediate access upon payment. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and internet connection meet our technical requirements.
4.5 Pass Guarantee
We offer a Pass Guarantee program subject to specific eligibility requirements and claim procedures. Details can be found at nursester-draft.local/refund-policy. This guarantee is separate from these Terms and is the only exception to our general refund policy.
4.6 Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Except as explicitly provided under the Pass Guarantee, we do not offer refunds for purchased access periods. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused portions of an access period.
- Dissatisfaction with content.
- Technical issues on the user’s end.
- Change of mind or early completion of courses.
4.7 Auto-Expiration
Your access terminates automatically at the end of the purchased period without notice from us. You must track your own expiration date. To regain access, you must purchase a new subscription.
4.8 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing for services at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not result in refunds or credits for existing active subscriptions.
Disclaimers & Liability
What we promise — and the limits of that promise.
5.1 “As Is” Disclaimer
Nursester is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-infringement.
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
- Uninterrupted or error-free service.
5.2 Educational Content Disclaimer
We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- The effectiveness of our materials in helping you pass exams.
- Employment or career outcomes.
- Acceptance of our training by specific employers or institutions.
You are solely responsible for verifying that our content meets your needs and jurisdictional requirements.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyian LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Website.
Total Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nursester during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
5.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyian LLC from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Who owns the content — and how we protect everyone’s rights.
6.1 Ownership
All content on Nursester (text, graphics, logos, videos, tests, AI content, software) is owned by or licensed to Skyian LLC and protected by US and international copyright laws.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Systematic retrieval of data to create databases or directories is prohibited.
6.3 Trademarks
The Nursester name, logo, and related slogans are trademarks of Skyian LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
6.4 User Content
By submitting content or feedback to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our business operations.
6.5 DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with the following information:
- Your physical/electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Administrative Provisions
Governing law, disputes, and how changes to these Terms work.
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Nursester shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:
Informal Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally through good-faith negotiations.
Jurisdiction and Venue
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
Attorneys’ Fees
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

7.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
7.5 Waiver
The failure of Nursester to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Skyian LLC.
7.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Skyian LLC may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
7.7 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Nursester, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skyian LLC concerning the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
7.8 Modifications to Terms
Nursester reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:
- Posting a notice on the Website.
- Sending an email to registered users.
- Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Website following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
7.9 Survival
The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
