TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Good Standing: Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service) at the time of the claim.
- One Per Customer: This guarantee is limited to one refund or claim per customer/purchase.
- No Stacking: Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
- Exam Scope: The guarantee applies only to official state CNA written exams.
- Integrity of Study:
- All practice tests and exams must be completed without interruption (e.g., starting a test and leaving it idle for days).
- “Spamming” or repeatedly taking the same test in a short period to artificially boost scores will disqualify you.
- Study sessions must be logged properly via the Nursester system; automated scripts or activity that mimics bot behavior will void the guarantee.
- Evidence of Diligence: We reserve the right to audit your account history. If we detect evidence of rushed content, skipped sections, or lack of genuine engagement (e.g., clicking answers without reading), we reserve the right to deny the claim.
- Verification: All error reports under Shield 3 must be verified by our medical education team before rewards are issued.
