Her educational pursuits began at the University of Michigan, where she was awarded her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She then proceeded to attain her Master’s degree and later, her Doctorate from the University of Washington, reflecting her unwavering dedication to the field of nursing and education. Throughout her academic journey, she has received accolades for her research work, including the Outstanding Doctoral Research Award.
